REFUND POLICY?
We have a 30-day return policy for damaged or faulty books. Please contact within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/refund, you must provide photographs of the packaging and book how it arrived. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at t-longy_7@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING POLICY?
We ship Australia wide and all orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Our standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $9.95. For orders of 2 books or more, shipping is free. Our free freight pricing structure applies to all mainland orders delivered to a residential or business street address, which the courier determines is safe to leave the order.
If the courier deems the delivery address unsafe, meaning there is a realistic possibility of the order being picked up by someone other than the intended recipient, a card will be left informing the customer that the order will be taken to the nearest post office.
For this reason, we request that our customers provide a safe delivery address.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer $7.00 flat rate shipping Australia wide. Buy 2 x books to receive Free Shipping.
Domestic Shipping Times
We ship using auspost standard shipping. Please allow approx. 7-10 days for processing and shipping. Due to the current lockdowns around Australia, there may be a delay in shipping times. This is unfortunately outside of our control.
International Shipping
We currently not able to offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at t-longy_7@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at t-longy_7@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
